I was definitely not ready for it to be Monday this morning. I did not get nearly enough done over the weekend, too much golf, sun, fun.
Of note is that electrolytes are truly a game changer. In the past I would have had a miserable night last night with leg cramps. Instead, I got a standard night of sleep - not ideal, but at least standard. One very minor foot cramp when I woke up which passed instantly, then one more later that added a lower leg which was annoyingly persistent. But all in all it was good and I'm functional.
Looking forward to a short week and hopefully getting some things done.
Breakfast: 2 slices Sargento pepper jack cheese, coffee
Quickest breakfast possible.
Lunch: Breakfast sandwich (2 eggs, 4 strips bacon, cheese, butter, english muffin)
Exquisite. Also pretty fast since I could melt the cheese and heat the muffin and bacon in the air fryer in no time flat.
Dinner: 3x mexican 1x american taco, avocado, 12 oz Miller Lite
Planning on a glass of chocolate milk but I'm rather full so may skip it.
Exercise: Nope. A much needed day off. I'm actually recovering better, so that's good. Next weekend could be rough, playing 3 days in a row.
