Whew. TGIF. Long week, long month, long everything. Even had to work late.
Looking at November, I was interested to see that I stayed within a ten pound range. Never went outside it, though there was a ton of movement inside the range. I think that's mostly a sign that I haven't been sticking to good eating for more than a day or two at a time. Which needs to be fixed. Anyway, I was nominally down a few pounds for the month but meh. Still way high.
Breakfast: 2x egg mcmuffin, coffee
It was not a good eating day. I was caught unprepared and super short on time.
Lunch: Keto bowl with ground beef
Been a while. Still very good. Kinda pricy though.
Dinner: 2x TB chx chip ranch burritos, potato soft taco, later 12 oz Miller Lite, Tillamook mint chip.
One of the least enjoyable meals I've had lately, it just was not good. On the run, right back to the office to finish up a deadline project.
Exercise: Yes. Gave up on the treadmill after 12 or 13 minutes, did a few laps around the indoor track and then some light weights work to get to 30 minutes. A little more than that even. It was fine even if my annoyance with treadmilling got the better of me today.
