Man, that was quite a meltdown yesterday. I just never hit satiety no matter what I ate. Just an unstoppable eating machine. Awful. Some of the stuff I ate was fairly mediocre, too. Need to stick to the planned meals and the eating at home.
Weird night last night too. I fell asleep in the recliner and ended up spending the night there. Had some seriously weird-ass dreams. Just absolutely crazy stuff. A sprinkling of things I've been thinking of lately but also a bunch of completely off the wall stuff.
Anyway, I managed to push myself out the door and it's time to Monday.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with green chiles, 3 CF sausage patties, V-8, coffee
Standard.
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich w swiss, carrots, SF Jell-O
Tasty. Sandwich would have been better if the bread were warm and the cheese melty but I'm crunched for time. Still good. I forgot to add SF Jell-O to last night's dinner, cleaned up the leftovers here.
Dinner: 3x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, mixed nuts
Still with the eating problems. Need to switch the urge off.
Exercise: Yes. A fairly pathetic showing but I did manage to put in 25 minutes of modest effort split evenly between the treadmill and weight room activity. Nothing to be proud of other than I showed up.
