Whew, glad that morning is behind me. I'm a little concerned with what my stress levels are doing to my blood pressure. At least I suspect it's stress, though I'm sure the diet and mediocre exercise habits aren't doing it any favors either.
I got to sleep at a reasonable time, felt like I slept fine (no crazy dreams) and I woke up a few mintes before my usual time. And I was dead tired. And sleepy. With the work thing this morning I elected to go back to sleep. Not good for the exercise program but needed. Hoping to go to bed even earlier tonight, let's get the schedule really set.
Breakfast: Pancakes and sausage, V-8, coffee
Not going to lie, I do really enjoy the pancakes for breakfast. And they're super easy.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese, banana
Man that was a great batch of soup. And a tasty sandwich - for whatever reason I bought white cheddar this week for variety, that and swiss was a nice combo. Also ate my weekly banana.
Late PM snack: 2x McDouble
Dinner: Subway meatball, salt and vinegar chips, jalapeno snack sticks, 12 oz Miller Lite, choc pretzels
Bleah. Emotional eating, reason not worth getting into.
Exercise: Nope.
