Not enough, I am afraid. Add another day to the long, long list of my lifetime.
Went to bed at a reasonable hour but I was not at all rested when I woke up. Reset the alarm and maxed out on sleep instead of walking. Made for a better morning, I think, but annoying. Will try again to get enough sleep tonight.
Breakfast: Pancakes, bacon, V-8, coffee
Busy this morning so I had less coffee than usual.
Lunch: Deluxe sub, Cherry Coke Zero Sugar
Sub was on point, soda was meh. I figured it was worth a try, but won't get again, the cherry is just too artificial for my taste buds these days.
Dinner: Sausage black olive pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sigh. There is just no restraint. Awful.
Exercise: Nope.
