Anticipating Saturday Slide

TGIS.  It's going to be a loooooong day -- I woke up at 2:45 and could not get back to sleep.  Argh.  I do not expect good things to follow after a five hour night.  Maybe it was five and a half, I did go to bed early.  But still, yikes.

So far it's okay.  I didn't do anything until the grocery store opened at 6:00, but I got that out of the way and hit the Y.  About to get busy with the laundry and the usual weekly chores.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee


Tasty as usual.  

Lunch:  3 eggs scrambled, avocado, hash browns, 3 CF sausage patties, toast, V-8


A breakfast feast consumed around lunchtime.  All very tasty and somewhat excessive.

Add a snack:  Wendy's single, frosty, jala ranch snack mix

Dinner:  Home pizza pep gr beef onion, wedge salad w homemade vinaigrette, 12 oz Miller Lite


Decided to have some vegitation.  I didn't come close to eating all the salad, it was a lot.

Exercise:  Yes.  The bare minimum at the Y, a little over 20 minutes, nothing high intensity.  But I'm counting it.   And then I got a walk in of about 15 more minutes in the afternoon, outside.
