Well I Got Half

It was a good plan.  I decided to stay awake and power through yesterday, then go to bed early in hopes of then getting up early for a full reset of my internal clock.  I got half of it right.  In bed just after 8:00, asleep by 9:00 -- I could have done a little better there.  Woke up early ... and was still tired.  Ended up sleeping as late as I could.  So I got probably nine hours with only a couple interruptions.  

Anyway, I needed to spend yesterday at the office and I didn't so I'm going to be grinding trying to get stuff done.

Breakfast:   Coffee

Yup.  Starting to cut back on caffeine, only two cups of high test this week.

Lunch:  3 eggs over hardish, hash browns in olive oil, 3 strips bacon, 2 slices home bread w butter


Overcooked the eggs a shade.  Still working on getting them right.  I think in this case the pan size was a factor.  Still delicious.

Dinner:  2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, a small bag of cheezit snapped, Reese PB cups


Bought a couple items of junk food.  Dumb.  

Exercise:  Nope.
