One thing about a busy week, it goes by a little faster. Still, ready for less insanity. And to get back on track. Almost there.
Breakfast: 2x McD egg mcmuffin, hash brown, coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: Wendys 2x single, spicy nuggets
Sigh.
Dinner: Popeye's 2x spicy chicken
Enough of those. That's for sure.
Exercise: Nope.
