Yeah. I emptied the dishwasher at lunch and set the table and sure enough, I put out a spoon as if I were having soup instead of a fork for breakfast.
Genius. Idiot.
Change is hard.
Working on getting through the rest of the week, kind of disappointed that I was unable or unwilling to go to bed early last night. That was what I really needed to do since I didn't go back to work. It did not happen. Not good.
Breakfast: Coffee
Only had the opportunity for two cups, probably going to have a post lunch decaf.
Lunch: 3 eggs scrambled w guac and sour cream, hash browns in olive oil, 3 strips bacon, home bread w butter
Ahh, much better effort. Got the pans right, a bit lower heat, all good. A little heavy on the potatoes, I may need to start measuring them. Or, you know, stop eating them.
Dinner: 2x Popeyes spicy chicken, Olive oil chips
FAIL. Epic fail.
Exercise: Nope. Still way off on schedule and very tired in the morning.
