Still annoyed but a hair less so. Vacation still in jeopardy but there are now reasons that are not related to me and my adventures in medicine. Interesting that I frankly feel worse now, was feeling fine before these appointments.
We'll see what happens.
Breakfast: Donuts, coffee
Yup. Picked up a couple donuts yesterday evening. Dumbass.
Lunch: 3 eggs over medium, hash browns in olive oil, 4 strips bacon
Different hash browns, these are refrigerated not frozen. They were fine. Nailed the eggs too.
Snack: Triscuits and bar cheez
Dinner: Low carb chicken pot pie, SF applesauce, 12 oz Mich Ultra, Great Value mint choc cookies
Experiment with a recipe, Sunday dinners may be going low carb. Cookies were later ldo.
Exercise: Nope, Reasonably active, but not a lot of pep.
