TGITOS. That other S. Eight million things I want and need to do today, but I can do them at my own pace. Looking to have a good day.
Expected to be up today and I was, but it didn't feel as bad as some of the lighter days I've had recently. Somehow the fat was denser, firmer, that sort of thing. Less puffy. Felt leaner even though I wasn't. Which is kind of nice. I would think that if I actually follow through on reducing carbs and greatly reducing the seed oils that I will feel like that more often, but with added bonus less actual fatness.
That's the idea anyway. Welp. Let's get busy.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with cream cheese, coffee
Yup. Later, cleaned up four strips of bacon:
Lunch: Lentils, chips and onion dip, Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich
Dunno. Yeesh.
Dinner: American goulash, salad no dressing, garlic toast, 12 oz Miller Lite
Dessert, brownies, ice cream, choc sauce
Also: Popcorn w butter. It's an eating day.
