What a week. Sheesh. And to top it off I got some negative medical news. We'll see how bad it is next week but it's definitely not good.
Breakfast: Coffee, small slice of banana bread w butter
Yup. Co-worker made a treat.
Lunch: Italian beef, fries, Wendy's single, frosty
Uh huh.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite
Yeah.
Exercise: Nope.
