As in, this POSITIVELY sucks. I'm so tired of it.
Breakfast: McD egg mcmuffin, BEC biscuit, hash brown, coffee
Breakfast sounded necessary this morning.
Lunch: Wendys 2x single, 10pc spicy nuggets, a few Triscuits
Excessive.
Dinner: Dominos brooklyn pep sausage, a couple fun size candy bars
What a crappy eating day. I need to hit the grocery store and clean up around the house.
Exercise: Nope.
