The Good Sandwich

TGIS.  A million things to do, off to a lazy start.  Let's get going.

Breakfast:   Home breakfast sandwich (1x egg, 2 sl cojack, home bread w butter), coffee


For a super basic, not even seasoned sando that sure was good.  Of course it took a little bit for satiety to kick in, but not having anything snackable around it wasn't a problem to fight off the urge to eat more.

Lunch:  Soup and grilled cheese


Excellent as always.  Last of this week's loaf.

Dinner:  Qdoba brisket bowl, 12 oz Miller Lite, chips and onion dip


Different chips and dip, stopped at Aldi.

Dessert:  Brownie and vanilla Haagen Dazs ice cream


Testing a home premix recipe.  Not bad.  Thassalotta sugar tho.

Exercise:  Nope.  Schedule still way off.  Hoping to be active this afternoon/evening, dunno if it will prove to be enough to count.
