Whew, TGIS.  It's early afternoon and it's already been a good day even if I'm not setting any productivity records.  I got my office picked up and that's a meaningful win.  A few other little things.  More to do, but it's a start.

Kinda interested by a drop on the scale this morning.  Yesterday was not a good eating day and I wasn't notably active.  It wasn't seed oil free (fries), I had tons of carbs.  I didn't dispose of any waste or notable amounts of water.  /shrug.  I'll take it.

Breakfast:  McD BEC biscuit, egg mcmuffin, apple fritter.  Coffee

Limited it to two cups of coffee, was feeling edgy.  Water helped.

Lunch:  Corned beef reuben, yucca fries


Local fusion place that I almost never go to advertised corned beef specials this weekend and I love corned beef so yeah, let's do it.  Expensive but very tasty.  I could take or leave the yuca fries, they were different but not outstanding in any way.

Snack:  Olive oil chips.  Managed to keep it reasonable.

Dinner:  Qdoba brisket bowl, no bake cookies


Okay.  Not an ideal time to hit the Q, though I did get there before a large group which was nice.

Exercise:  Not really, though I have been quite active.  Looking to move a bunch of boxes which will take a while and if I do I am counting it.  Edit:  Yep, moved a bunch of boxes, got in a good workout.  It counts.
