Water And Scale Watching

Friday, June 18, 2021

Weird overnight.  Woke up at 3:30 to get rid of some water.  Was quite awake.  Woke up when the alarm went off at 5:00.  Was fairly awake.  Got up eventually -- no walking as a heavy thunderstorm was going through -- and eventually dozed off in the recliner.  After that I was decidedly NOT awake and my body was not keen on the idea of getting up, even at 7:30.  I don't get it.

Was a little greedy hoping for a big drop this morning.  Got rid of a LOT of water.  Did get a nice one, just a bit less than I was wishing for.  No worries.  I have been questioning my scale's accuracy after reading back through the archives but I do think it's consistent (ish?).  Current weight isn't super low but it's down a bunch from some of the higher numbers ... about 20 pounds would get me into the range of lowest since the postloss FAIL kicked in.  Long ways to get back to the best numbers recorded.  At least I'm motivated at the moment.

Breakfast:  2 oz CF cajun jerky, coffee

Standard.  I have enough for next week but will need to hit the farm soon.

Lunch:  Home tacos

Also standard.  For some unknown reason I have a couple tortillas left over.  No idea why.

Snack:  Salt and vinegar pork rinds

Probably had an ounce and a half.  Enjoyed but I was able to stop no problem.

Dinner:  Fried chicken sandwich with gouda and bacon and other stuff on a pretzel bun, tortilla chips, some fries w ketchup, 16 oz Ultra

Post golf dinner.  Not diet food, that's for sure, but it was sure good.  Ate too much too late though.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Obviously didn't stress about this morning -- the weather truly prevented any chance of walking -- because I knew I'd be out on the course this evening.
