Half a day at work, hooky this afternoon to play golf. Needed.
Breakfast: CF cajun jerky, coffee
Worked great again, just 1 1/3 oz is fine.
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich w mustard on a sub roll
Quick bite.
Dinner: Brisket mac and cheese wrap, broccoli potato salad, a few fries w ketchup, salt and pepper chips, 16 oz Ultra, 32 oz grape Powerade, 2 grape Outshine bars
A bit excessive.
Exercise: 18 holes with carts. Kinda toasty out there.
