Did a double take at the scale this morning. I sure didn't do anything yesterday that would trigger a four pound drop. I mean, I got exercise, it was warm and I only ate two meals, but I ate crap, had a half gallon not literally of beer and did zero after I got home.
I'll take it though! Also, while I'm thinking of it I also had a small bag of chips and 2 dill pickle spears to add to yesterday.
Breakfast: Keto sausage balls, coffee
Decided to hold the main breakfast until later since golf is later than usual today.
Lunch: Yellow rice with diced ham, Dr Pepper Zero Sugar
Couldn't decide what to have for lunch today so I decided to rerun last night's meal, we'll see if it breaks the scale again (in a good way).
Dinner: 2 ham dogs, dill pickle spears, Boulder Canyon avo oil cheddar sour cream chips, 32 oz yellow powerade (during golf)
Very late and improvised dinner.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, under 10k steps. Hot.
