Kinda irked by mornings lately. Waking up early. Get up, get rid of excess fluid. I've been awake enough the last two days that I should just get going, but I haven't ... and then I end up snoozing in the recliner until I'm late. Come on man.
Breakfast: CF cajun jerky, coffee
Repeat of yesterday, did a nice job of keeping things good until lunch.
Lunch: 2 hamdogs, dill pickle spears, Annie's cheddar bunnies crackers
Guess I won't be using any of the buns for the sausages I bought. Oh well. The crackers were an impulse buy as they were on sale. They're fussy goldfish.
Dinner: Ham, salami & cheese grinder, Lays chips, 12 oz Miller Lite, 2x Meijer grape fruit bars
Standard post-golf fare. I should not buy more of the fruit bars, they're just sugar even though the calorie count isn't too terrible.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not much walking at all
