Pleased that the scale continues to be defective in my favor. Now to just clean up the eating some and be even more consistent with the exercise.
Breakfast: CF cajun jerky, coffee
Have not had the jerky in quite a while, still tastes exactly the same. How is that for an unexciting photo?
Lunch: 2 ham dogs, chips, dill pickle spears
Same as last night's dinner, pressed for time. Ate too many chips.
Dinner: Reuben, fries w ketchip, 16 oz All Day IPA, Meijer grape outshine bars
Business dinner. Solid meal from local irish pub.
Exercise: Nope
