Once again missing the deep slumber of my wayward youth. Seriously. I'd get in bed and would be out like a light. Dreams were relatively rare. I'd wake up and it would be morning. Sadly, aches, pains, an old person's bladder and way too much fat make deep sleep a thing of the past.
Breakfast: Coffee, Fig Newtons
Lol, yeah. At least I wrote up my grocery list and this week should be better.
Lunch: Sack of Taco Bell, root beer
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin pep ham green olive, sub rolls
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, left the pedometer in the bag. Oops.
