Whew. Another toasty day, looking forward to less humdity tomorrow.
Bad eating day, mostly planned. One more tomorrow, to be followed by getting on the horse next week.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade strawberry jelly, coffee
Standard pregolf breakfast out.
Lunch: Campfire dog, fries, 12 oz Miller Lite
Snack: McDouble, sm fries, Dr Pepper
Needed more liquid, added some bonus sodium.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza plus jalapeno, 20 oz Coke, will have 2 outshine grape bars
Planned pizza night.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, plus some shopping. 12,500 steps +
