A lack of try in general.

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  6" plain Subway ham sub with cheese, bag of barbecue chips, cookie

At least I skipped the Coke.  Box lunches FTL.

Dinner:  McD 2 chbg meal w Hi-C, 2 Mac Jr, 2 apple pie, 2 zillion calories.

Sigh.

Exercise:  Nope.  Sluggish.  Very sluggish.  I did get some extra sleep at least.
