A thoroughly unsuccessful month comes to a close. Goodbye January.
Breakfast: Egg muffin sandwich with bacon
Lunch: Grilled ham and cheese, fries with ketchup, coffee
Dinner: McD 2 cheeseburger meal with Hi C, 2 Mac Jrs
Also: Crust of rye bread, a bit of vanilla ice cream
Exercise: 40 minutes. Hard, but not as hard as last week. Tired.
