Worst day of eating ever?  Dunno, but it'd be in the conversation.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 4 strips bacon, hash browns, coffee

Standard breakfast.  This part is fine, of course, even if the bacon is on the a bit much side.

Lunch, Dinner, etc:  A melange of fast food - chick fil a, freddy's, McD and capped off by a late night run to the Bell.

Eight zillion calories of awful.

Exercise:  Nope.

Horrible.
