... but more emphatic. Wow was I tired this morning. It was a real struggle to get going and I was quie late.
Breakfast: L/O homemade rye bread, ~ 3 oz sharp cheddar, coffee
Lunch: 4 mexican style tacos, a few cheez its
I finally felt human after eating this.
Dinner: 2 culvers single butterburgers with cheese, fries with ketchup
Fourthmeal: TB quesarito, cheesy bean and rice burrito, emapanada
Exercise: Nope.
