Breakfast: McD egg mcmuffin, sausage biscuit, coffee
Lunch: McD 2 cheeseburger meal w Hi C, Mac Jr
Dinner: Culver BOGO double deluxe, fries with ketchup
Exercise: 40 minutes, not quite as good as Tuesday, tired.
