Easy two step guide to maintaining your weight:

1.  Eat a lot
2.  Don't exercise

It helps if you're fat, if you're not the above tips may lead to massive weight gain.

Breakfast:  McD egg mcmuffin, sausage biscuit, coffee

Felt very foggy all morning, even after working out.  Took some fresh air and a third cup to really clear up.

Lunch:  2 chicago dogs, fries no ketchup

Dinner:  McD 2 cheeseburger meal w Hi-C, Mac Jr

Very late night meal, regular dinner was:

Predinner:  One cracker, 3 x 20 oz New Holland Mad Hatter IPA

Exercise:  40 minutes, usual stuff, worked pretty hard
