Just hoping to reboot come the weekend.
Breakfast: Egg McMuffin, sausage mcgriddles (BOGO coupon)
Also: Coffee. First run with the Keurig at work. Seems to work just fine though the quantitiy isn't huge.
Lunch: Grilled ham and cheese sandwich, fries with ketchup, coffee
Diner life.
Dinner: 2 Culvers double deluxe (BOGO coupon), fries w ketchup, chocolate shake (free)
Yikes.
Exercise: 40 minutes, lots of everything. Great workout and it felt decent.
