Sigh.

Breakfast:  Homemade rye bread with butter, coffee

Lunch:  4 mexican style tacos

Dinner:  2 culvers single cheese burgers, fries w ketchup, decaf coffee

Exercise:  Nope.  Still way off schedule-wise and not feeling great.
