Not a bad day, really. Developing just a bit of momentum. Sure, I overdid it a bit. But not too bad, and eating regulation foods instead of fast food, chips and other junk.
Breakfast: ~ 2 oz extra sharp cheddar, coffee
Standard stuff. End of that block of cheese though... tomorrow will be different.
Lunch: Qdoba brisket bowl
No, I have no idea why I got a blob of sour cream. I didn't even ask for sour cream. I even said no, no sour cream. Oh well. At least I like sour cream. |
Dinner: 2 eggs over medium, Alexia hash browns in butter, 4 sausage + olive balls

Exercise: 45 minutes. Core and upper body focus. We don't seem to do much leg work. Good solid workout.
