Just the WOAT

At the moment, I'm really tired of this.  I'm sure the motivation will vanish by tomorrow, but I so need to do something.  And that something is probably legit low carb.  Eating at home.  Cooking.

Breakfast::  Taco Bell sausage crunchwrap, coffee

It's more or less actual food and a fantastic bargain at $2.49.

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl with chips

Enormous.

Dinner:  Pepperoni bacon pizza

Also:  Lemon Oreos, whole milk

Exercise:  45 minutes, went hard.
