Stop, Stop Time

Oh man.  Being good is hard.  I did cook up some vegetables for tomorrow and took a steak out to thaw.  I may actually eat a good dinner, assuming that I have enough pep.

Breakfast:  Homemade rye bread, butter, coffee

Lunch:  Grilled ham and cheese, fries with ketchup, coffee

Dinner:  Dominos Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and ham, Arizona grapeade and strawberry lemonade, fig newtons

Exercise:  Nope.
