I'm not even doing well at following plans even when I can be troubled to come up with them. Is problem.
So close to getting on track this morning. Woke up at a good time but eventually went back to bed. Regrettable. It would have been great to fix the sleep schedule.
Breakfast: Pretzel bagel with cream cheese, coffee
Lunch: Qdoba brisket bowl with chips
Dinner: Garlic cheese bread, half of a 10" deluxe pizza
Dessert: PF coconut cake, Breyers chocolate ice cream
Exercise: Nope.
