Breakfast:  Tim Hortons spicy sausage biscuit, 10 piece timbits, coffee

Lunch:  Club wrap, fries with ketchup, coffee

Dinner:  Sack of Taco Bell, a zillion calories' worth, "lemonade"

Exercise:  40 minutes of decent
