Sigh.

Breakfast:  Homemade rye bread slice, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl with chips

Dinner:  Taco Bell cravings box, quesarito, empanada, lemonade, a few cheez its

Exercise:  Nope.   Too dizzy this morning.
