Winter is a tough time. Lots of people having health issues lately. And some folks dying.
Breakfast: Egg McMuffin, sausage biscuit, coffee
Lunch: Coney dogs, fries with ketchup, coffee
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl/quesadilla with chips
Exercise: 45 minutes, reasonably hard.
