A slow start to Sunday. Stayed up way too late watching football, it was not surprising that I wasn't sleepy given that I did sleep in yesterday. But now I deal with the consequences.
It is unfortunate that I do not have more zip. I am really going to need to make some changes, though I think the major ones are not going to see consistency until after the holiday. I can start though.
Scale was down fractionally. BP numbers fine, pulse weird low. I don't believe my gizmo.
Breakfast: Sprouted spelt lazy bagels, chive and onion cream cheese, orange juice, coffee
I really should come up with something else for Sunday breakfast, these just have no satiety.
Lunch: Leftover pizza
Had a bowl of popcorn later.
Dinner: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cheesy green beans, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinner. And then for some stupid reason I cracked and got Taco Bell.
Exercise: Nope. Extra lazy day.
