Line With Silver

Okay then.  Yesterday's eating was ... not so good.  I mean it tasted good, but it was not what I should be eating.  Not at all.

And yet, even in fail there is often a silver lining.  Yesterday's culinary waywardness provided the bulk and grease I have been needing and I got a lovely full system reset this morning.  Yes.  Thank you.  And the funny thing?  Thanks undoubtedly to that, the scale was actually down a shade this morning.  Hah. 

It was nice that the excessive dinner did not screw up sleeping notably, though I definitely needed all the sleep I could get.  It didn't feel like I was fighting it (due to digestion).  I was not ready to get up, but once I got going I've felt pretty good today.  BP was up a bit, a nice reminder that I need to eat home cooking.

Breakfast:  Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, orange juice, coffee

 


A bit heavy on the cheese and light on the OJ.  Had cacao butter (x2) in coffee, definitely on a kick with that.

Lunch:  Smoked ham, mashed potatoes, Coke

 


Picked up a ham piece from the BBQ place last time, it's quite tasty.  I'll eat the rest of it tomorrow.  Also very reasonably priced, it was ~ $7 for the piece.  

Going to see about giving up the pop once this bottle is gone.  It might be that time. 

Dinner:  Dominos NY extravaganzza, parm bites, Coke

Fail.  Major fail.

And the capper, last of the chocolate chip cookies and a glass of whole milk.

Exercise:  Nope.
