Spent entirely too much time in the recliner over the holiday. That really needs to stop. Even if I'm not being super active I need to not spend endless hours there. I can feel the rapid physical decline, and while I'm certainly comfortable at rest, the inactivity is the problem.
It's also impacting my project list, very little of which is getting accomplished. I am hopeful that fixing some things will result in a little more energy, a little more initiative. Lately it's just been too easy to decide to do it all later.
Breakfast: Cheese sandwich (bread, butter, Cabot white american), orange juice, coffee
Also had a few leftover ritz crackers later.
Lunch: Salami cheese toast
A bit excessive
Dinner: Dominos thin ham, parm bites, Coke
An over the top bread-meat-cheese day. Might have a few tortilla chips too.
Exercise: Nope
