A very Monday start to the week. Tired, slow getting going.
Looks like I'm going to need to make some incremental improvements to the diet pre-holiday. Tired of the scale going up.
Breakfast: Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, coffee
Again.
Lunch: Culvers bacon deluxe, fries w ketchup, coke
Nothing like a 25% off offer to get me to bite. Doh.
Dinner: Dominos thin pep, parm bites, Coke
Just not feeling anything right now.
Exercise: Nope.
