I get a little frustrated with mornings like this. I slept fine. Got to sleep without incident, slept without waking until my alarm went off about 6:30. It should have been enough. It was not. Tried snoozing a bit, it didn't really work. Eventually dragged myself up and got ready for the day. Late to work and I am not feeling the least bit productive so far. I honestly do not know if a couple more hours of sleep would fix me or if it were even possible, but I would sure like to give it a shot right about now.
Although the scale was sharply up I'm not so frustrated by that. Yesterday was a bad eating day and I did not have time to spend on processing this morning. Today should be better as I do not have the same scheduling crunch mid-day as I have had the last two days.
Breakfast: Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, orange juice, coffee
I think I will again toss some cacao butter wafers into my later coffees (edit: 1x).
Lunch: Double cheeseburgers, Jesse & Bens avo oil fries (air fryer), ketchup
Just could not make myself fix anything, and then I "fixed" some fries because I still had the hunger. Scrounged up a few ketchup packets.
Dinner: Pepperoni bacon pizza, Coke
Again with the couldn't make myself. Tomorrow needs to be better.
And the capper, chocolate chip cookies and whole milk. Last of the premium milk.
Exercise: Nope. Very inactive day.
