Slowed Way The Blank Down

A very sluggish start.  I woke up at a reasonable hour, but spent a very long time doing nothing.  I suspect I would have been better served by snoozing than scrolling, but scrolling is what I did.  Instead of the early start to the work day I was hoping for I got in late.

Nothing else of note.  Weight minimum down.  BP fine.  Pulse slowed way down, from about 10 bpm above typical yesterday to 10+ bpm below this morning and about as low as it gets.  No idea why or whether it really has much of an impact on anything, but it was noted. 

Busy day coming up so I need to un-slow myself.

Breakfast:  1 slice extra sharp cheddar, orange juice, coffee

 


Last slice in the package.  I am expecting to put some cacao butter in subsequent coffees, but not in round 1.

Lunch:  Deluxe sub, Pepsi

 


Not the plan.  I got stuck and instead of having a half hour to fix eggs I had to go off to my work thing and eat later. 

Dinner:  Leftover turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, jello salad, cranberry, rolls w butter

 


I think that was everything.  It's always good.

 


 And the capper, the rest of the eggnog.

Exercise:  Nope, another inactive day.
