Given the rate it's piling on, I expect the weight, in the form of water, will exit quite rapidly to start once things get on track. Yeesh.
Otherwise, not much to report. Another day with lots to do, we'll see how much of it gets done.
Breakfast: Chex mix, coke, spelt lazy bagels w cream cheese, coffee
Note to self, do not have convenience foods lying around. And finish cleaning your darned coffee maker.
Lunch: Qdoba brisket bowl, coke
Too much rice.
Dinner: American goulash, salad, garlic bread, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinners.
Also TB basic box, pepsi, caramel nut clusters
