Well, the good news is that once I stop there is a bunch of water weight that will come off. I can see it, very bloated at the moment. It's disgusting.
And yet the slide hasn't stopped.
Breakfast: McD 2x burrito, hash browns. Coffee
Blood draw meant late breakfast.
Lunch: 2 slices pizza, a small glass of pepsi
Work meeting.
Dinner: Bacon cheeseburger pizza, pepsi/coke, fritos
And maybe no bakes later
Exercise: Nope.
