After a long weekend (it's now Monday evening), it's time to cook. Time to get the eating in check. And that requires food. Good food. Not the junk I've been shoveling in.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w jam, coffee
Standard.
Lunch: 12 oz Miller Lite, a few mixed nuts
Post-golf.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl, chips and queso, coke, popcorn, no bakes.
Will clean up a few potato chips and donuts later. And then be done..
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, good extra walking.
