Didn't expect a dip on the scale after last night, but I got one.  Yay.  

Won't be able to say the same tomorrow. Alas.  I need to cook.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  McD mcdoubles, 4pc nugget, sm fries sm dr pepper

Sack of fast food.  While it was better than average, it was still junk food.

Dinner:  Pizza Hut thin pep beef pork, bread sticks, can of Dr Pepper

More junk food.

Exercise:  Nope
