I've been slacking on this.  For obvious reasons.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  McD $5 meal w coke plus mcdoubles, chocolate

Eyyy.

Dinner:  2x mexican 2x American tacos, coke, Pringles, chocolate, vanilla frosty

I believe I have now consumed all the crap.  Done.

Exercise:  Nope

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w cream cheese, coffee

Lunch:  2x Wendys son of baconator, Pringles, coke, scotcheroos

Dinner:  Pizza, bread bites, chicken bits, cheesy bread, brownie w vanilla ice cream, 12 oz Miller Lite

Also, a small bag of jalapeno Krunchers

Exercise:  Nope

I was pleasantly surprised that I felt decent after the pizza blowout.  I think it helps that it's real pizza, not the chain junk that's loaded with seed oil.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w jam, coffee

Standard.

Lunch:  3x chili cheddar dog, coke

Better than expected

Dinner:  Jersey Mikes #56, coke, popcorn

Not their best

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, average walking

Friday the 13th!

Breakfast:  Pretzel bagel w veggie cream cheese, coffee

Yuh.

Lunch:  Meatloaf sandwich, fries

Excellent.  And very bad for me.

Dinner:  Pep bacon pizza, coke, 12 oz All Day IPA

Very tasty.

Exercise:  Nope
