I was rather amused yesterday, and again today, when my blood pressure cuff gave me really screwy heartbeat information. Yesterday, it said it was 35 bpm. Today's first reading was in the 40s. Both times I immediately re-did it and got more typical readings, but yikes, am I even living at those numbers. No wonder I'm so sluggish in the morning!
Dumped another massive quantity of water overnight and this morning. I think it's finally slowing. But good grief, why do I retain so much?
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, mash, 2 oz Cabot extra sharp cheddar
Again. And very good again. Even better satiety than usual!
Dinner: 3 eggs sunny, hash browns in butter/EVOO, 3 meijer sausage patties, 12 oz All Day IPA
So good I did repeated dinner too. Am thoroughly stuffed, since I forgot that I should dial down the quantities a bit.
I hope to remember to do some electrolytes before I go to bed. Meant to do that last night but forgot. I figure with all the water I've dumped I might be a little short on potassium and magnesium.
Exercise: Nope. I did wake up shortly after 5:00 and was fairly awake, but I did not get going. Didn't really get back to sleep either.
