Tired.  Slept in, big time.  Got nothing accomplished this morning.  Thank goodness it is a holiday weekend.

Breakfast:   Coffee, donuts

Soon.

Lunch:  McD 2x McDouble, coke

So late I was very pressed for time.  Needed food.

Dinner:  Steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, 12 oz Miller Lite, a little ice cream


Sunday dinners

Also:  TB luxe box, root beer, soft taco

Not good.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, below average extra walking

Long day in the sun.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee


Standard.

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite

Dinner:  Jersey Mikes 56, chips and onion dip, mexican coke

A lot of food.

Exercise:  27 holes with cart, not that much extra walking.  It was plenty.

Breakfast:  Pretzel bagel w veggie cream cheese, coffee

Okay.

Lunch:  CFA spicy, extra filet, fries, coke

Excessive.

Dinner:  Keto bowl, good crisps
